Boudoir Photography- Edmonton
When Sabrina contacted me months ago to book a Boudoir Photography session, I was stoked. I hadn’t seen her in years, since the day we graduated high school I suspect. She was looking for a fun wedding gift for her fiancee Ryan, and I am pretty darn sure he got just that!

Don’t be alarmed, Sabrina knows full well her hot little self is featured on my blog today. Her wedding on was on Saturday and her new husband has recieved his gift. I have it on good authority he enjoyed them. I was very excited when Sabrina gave me the go ahead to post some of her boudoir photos on my blog (not everyone does, and I totally respect that). There is no denying that even though she started out the session a little nervous, she was loving it at the end and it totally shows!Edmonton Boudoir PhotographyBoudoir Photographer in EdmontonEdmonton Boudoir PhotographerBoudoir Photography, Edmonton

I am glad you choose me to be your boudoir photographer, and drove all the way to Edmonton for your session! I hope your wedding was everything you dreamed it would be!

Edmonton Wedding Photographers Bridal PortraitBonnie and Issac were married in a beautiful Civic Ceremony at Hastings Lake Gardens at Hastings Lake, AB. If you aren’t familiar with it, it’s a beautiful place, with several fantastic locations for beautiful wedding photos. As an Edmonton Wedding Photographer, it is great when I have the chance to get outside the city and check out fantastic wedding venues that I don’t photograph weddings at all the time.

I love the old truck in the background of this photo. I would love to shoot a Trash the Dress session with it. I would have liked to have taken some of their wedding portraits out there, but it was too late when we finally found the trail that leads to it. However, I am up for a road trip all the time, so if anyone is in the mood to put their dress back on again for some fun photos, please just holler at me!Edmonton Wedding Photographers Hastings Lake GardensWedding Shoes by Edmonton Wedding Photographer Amy Donovan

We spent a few minutes while doing their couples portraits trying to orchastrate having her veil in the air. Dear sweet Hannah, one of the bridesmaids kept throwing it up for me like I asked. Then out of now where, on the flat calm day that was 10/10/10 a huge gust of wind came and took care of it, all by itself! Congratulations Bonnie and Issac on your special day. You were both radiant, and I was so happy that  you chose me as your wedding photographer! I hope you have enjoyed this sneak peak, and look forward to the many more photos to come!

This adorable family from St. Albert had their family portraits taken near the Sturgeon River, one of my favorite places to shoot in or around Edmonton. I love when my families are warm and engaging and this family were exceptionally wonderful! I have never met more mannerly children in all of my life (and I have met a lot of children- and have several of my own!). It was an absolute pleasure to meet them as well as work with them!Father and Daughters Family PortraitChildrens portraitsFamily Portraits in St. Albert

The Schembri’s are no stranger to this blog. I have photographed them in all stages of life. I was their Wedding Photographer when the got married back in March at Fort Edmonton Park. I have taken their maternity photos when Jo was pregnant with baby Joseph, I have taken their engagement portraits, and I also have had the (fun) priveledge of shooting Jo during a Sexy in the City session (haven’t heard of this? Email me and I will send you the details- It is NOT what you are thinking!)

I am happy that you chose me yet again to capture your family! This time just enjoying the fall leaves during your family portrait session!

How do you say sweet? This little girl was adorable in her red hat and dress. And when her mom sent her a few feet away with me for some uninterrupted photos (I don’t think she realized what she was doing- she was dressing the baby), we got an awesome result. It’s sooooo much easier to get kids to smile when you  just talk to them and no one is leaning over your shoulder yelling at them to smile. Just my humble opinion, but I am pretty sure there are lots of family portrait photographers in this world who would agree with me!

Thanks for coming out to see my guys! It was a pleasure to meet all of you- including your incredibly well behaved fur babies!!!

Trina and her boys caught up with me near the Sturgeon River in St. Albert a few weeks ago for some family portraits! The day was practically hot, so there was no chance of crisp fall family portraits, you know the ones, where there is a nip in air and cheeks are rosy from the chill! We certainly wouldn’t risk complaining about the weather though, it’s been exceptional lately!

Thanks for coming to hang out with me folks! It was fun!

The Penney Family came out to Edmonton’s Rundle Park last weekend for some new family portraits. I actually took their family portraits during the winter, on what might have been the coldest day on record! Holy Shamoly,  my fingers were frozen! So nice to see them in much more (or less) fun clothing than winter jackets!

This is Sam or Samantha – she is the Event Manager for Fringe Theatre Adventures and has recently started up her own event management company here in Edmonton, Alberta. Charm Events is your connection to unique designed weddings, corporate soiree’s and fabulous fund-raisers!

I personally think Sam is fantastic, and she always has creative and amazing ideas. I know that now that she has opened herself up to taking new clients as an Edmonton Events Planner, she is is going to take this city by storm! These are some of the fun photos we took of her in downtown Edmonton last week! I can’t wait until her new website is finished so that I can share it with you!

Krista and Trevor brought their cute little guy Maddox to see me for some family photos all the way from Calgary last weekend. I haven’t seen them for years, but we are all from the same home town, so it was great to catch up with them and meet their (almost) one year old son! I love these photos of Maddox enjoying a warm fall day. The light was gorgeous and so was he. Just check out those baby blues- no Photoshop required with this little fellow!

Thanks for coming up guys, it was great!
